The friendly and attentive staff, notably Thanh and Vân at the breakfast bar, contribute to a welcoming environment. While the breakfast selection is limited, the quality, particularly the local pancakes and sandwiches, exceeded expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Rooms, though slightly aging, are well-maintained, clean, and provide essential amenities, including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The thoughtful services like laundry and transportation arrangements enhanced our experience. The Nicecy uniquely balances efficiency and comfort, making it a wise choice for budget-conscious guests seeking an authentic experience without the luxury price tag.
